Hannah + Joshua // Holland, Michigan

Hannah and Josh’s October 31st wedding at Baker Lofts in Holland, Michigan, was the most beautiful fall day imaginable. Seriously, if you could dream up the perfect fall wedding weather, this would have been it. The colors were incredible, the temperatures were absolutely perfect, and somehow every single detail of the day came together flawlessly. It was the kind of wedding day that reminds you exactly why fall is one of our favorite seasons to photograph weddings.

Hannah and Josh are high school sweethearts, and one of the most meaningful parts of their wedding was having their high school counselor officiate their ceremony. She had the incredible privilege of watching them grow up, mentoring Hannah along the way, and now working alongside her as a fellow high school counselor. Having someone who has been such a meaningful part of their story stand before them and marry them was incredibly special. Their ceremony was heartfelt, personal, and such a genuine reflection of who they are as a couple.

One of the things I loved most about Hannah and Josh was how relaxed, fun, and easygoing they were throughout the entire day. They were simply a joy to work with, and their wedding felt like the perfect combination of meaningful moments and a whole lot of fun.

Their reception brought all the energy, with a masquerade ball theme that included masks and vampire teeth for guests. It was such a fun touch and gave everyone something to enjoy throughout the evening. And because no great celebration is complete without a little late-night food, they finished the night with McDonald's for their guests!

From the beautiful fall colors to the heartfelt ceremony and an unforgettable reception, Hannah and Josh's wedding was truly one for the books. It was the perfect way to wrap up our 2026 wedding season, and we couldn't have asked for a better celebration to end the year.

Your story is such a sweet reminder of how beautiful it is when two people grow up together, find their way through life side by side, and finally get to celebrate forever.
